Go here if you are scratching your head in confusion!

This is my photo- Aus as a 3 month old when we were going to Melbourne to pick up my brother from the plane (after a year in Switzerland). He loved this octopus toy but especially loved to suck on its legs. Strangely enough Aus saw this pic just before I posted it, he pointed and said 'Baby Brother!'. So maybe they do look more alike than I thought!

The light wasn't right though so I might need to wait for a better sunlit day.
Aus did his usual, find some dirt and get filthy! (and wet if at all possible!) I know he will love this summer because he is finally old enough to really run around and kick the footy, play cricket and swim in the lake (with mum and dad)... all the things his father loves to do best :)
This is our soon to be vegie garden. My darling husband is great and finding bits and pieces of wood lying around (these are huge though)- and he's also great with gardening, being a horticulturalist. So I'm expecting big things from this vegie patch!
I put this photo on just to show how huge Noah's cheeks are now. He has rolls upon rolls :) At his last weigh in he'd put on over 600gms in 4 weeks. I think his new nickname could be 'Buddah'! He he. But he is just such a sweet kid, in the last week he has started to talk in baby talk. Every day there seems to be a new noise and he happily answers questions :)
On the weekend we went to Bendigo to see my 2 cousins play football to get into the finals. Sadly both lost and wont be playing in the big one. But I went to see a movie for the first time since Noah was born- Inglorious Bastards. It was quite good I thought and I really enjoyed it (even though it was VERY violent). The storyline was well done and surprising, and the heavenly Brad Pitt was quite funny. Generally I don't like violence but it seemed in context in this movie. Some parts did make me catch my breath because of the realness of slit throats etc.
Um, this is going to sound strange.

Aus might have his Mum's creative instincts, last week he painted a picture for his aunty for her birthday. He's a funny little creature of late. He brought me something the other day and I said thank you, his reply was 'your most welcome Mummy'. I was stunned at his manners all of a sudden! :)
And this is my new baby... my machine baby that is!
She's all metal and the brand is 'Regina-matic' (never heard of it before but it says made in Switzerland). It's a Zigzag embroidery machine and comes with the book and all these bits and bobs:
I have a feeling we are going to have a long and happy life together :)
I took off all the doors and cut out a bit in the middle, then painted it all white and added some shelves. Now I have so much storage space it's amazing! My bench is clear of everything and I can breathe again!
