Happy birthday to me!

So I guess it's been a while! Life seems to have taken over and left me little time for blogging. There have been parties, birthdays, grand finals and lunch dates ;)
It was my birthday yesterday and I'm now the ripe old age of 24. We went out to dinner with some very close friends and after I had a little play on the pokies. I went in with $10 and came out with $35, there must have been birthday luck in the air :) It was Jem's birthday 5 days before mine so we're off to Melbourne tomorrow to spoil ourselves a little. Jem also has a fitness test on Sunday as part of his application to join the police, so fingers crossed all goes well!

Last weekend we had a gathering at our holiday house on Lake Charm for the grand final. Cats won of course so my family are very happy chappies! I made myself some adornments in team colours and some for others...











There were approx 45 people coming so we set up the big tv outside. The atmosphere was great and there were some strange outfits (yes that is my husband wearing a dress) as well as half time activities.





A slippery dip on a freezing cold day isn't really my idea of fun but it was amusing to watch others!





So everyone had a great time and it turned into a big night for some. Not me of course with 2 kids to get up to!

Speaking of kids, I think Noah is starting to look like Aus a bit more, I think it's the eyes. If his hair goes blonde as well he'll look like a mini version!





I've been flat out making jewellery trees to fill orders for Christmas and right now there are 7 sitting in my studio almost ready to go. Next post I'll show some picks :)
