It's late but I wanted to show you what I made tonight:
2 burp cloths for baby made from a hand towel cut in half and embellished a little :) I find that the towel catches a lot more chuck than other fabrics (lovely I know, but it's true)

And for my nearly 2 year old, these cool bean bags I saw on WhiMSy Love. So easy and fun to make, he's going to love throwing these around I know it!
My lovely Husband took my child to the lake for the night, he's keen to be out there since it's predicted to be 46 tomorrow. I'm keen to be here crafting in the air con. But I'll go out tomorrow and have a swim I guess. Now I'm wondering what to make next, what else do new babies need? I'm determined to be ready because we probably wont even be home when Bub is born. We'll hopefully have all the renovations going on at the that time, so we're planning to move to the lake house until it's all over. It's got a better heater than we had anyway! Oh the thought of it all is making me tired, I'm off to spread out in my big bed!
Happy weekend to all!
