U want it?

I present the Missie Krissie Recycled Jewellery Tree. It has places to hang earrings, necklaces and bracelets as well as ring holders and spoons to hold things like studs you can't hang. This tree keeps all your jewellery together.

Sorry about the millions of photos but there are a lot of angles to this thing!

So, it's made from a silver bowl on the bottom and then various forms of cutlery all soldered together. Everything is E.P.N.S (electo-plated nickle silver) and some seem to be quite old.

I've decided to sell these for $80 AUD (mainly because of how long it takes to make each one) plus postage which will be about $15 in Aus, more for over seas. They can be purchased by emailing missiekrissie (at) westnet (dot) com.au

You want this one? Well here's what you gotta do to be in it to win it!
1. Blog about this giveaway
2. Comment on this post with the link where you've blogged about it.

International bloggers are very welcome and I'll draw the winner 2 weeks from now on Sunday 23rd August.

So enter away and good luck to everyone!

Well you are a clever recylcler with class. Am about to post details on my blog.
Can see this as a centre piece to a table.

Beautiful work, Krissie, but that would hold way more jewellery than I own, which virtually amounts to 4 rings and one watch, and I wear them all the time, so I don't need anywhere to keep them....lol. However, I'm sure there will be many ladies who would love to own it.....I'm sure it will find a happy home.

Well Krissie,
Being a collector of sorts, I have enough costume jewellery to fill a few trees LOL but I do love your concept. Thank you for the offer but I will pass on entering my name in your giveaway but it is a lovely piece that you have created.
Regards from a Western Canadian Quilter,
Anna

How amazingly creative. I have always adored the recycled cutlery items but this is the first time I have ever seen them made up as a feature item rather than something that is cute and hidden in the background. Very happy to blog about it at http://lgfns.blogspot.com/

Found you page = Via Grand Google by "Googling" :)

Adore it!

I suffer from agoraphobia and depression so am looking for a budget-friendly hobby that will keep me occupied, keep my mind active (and the demons retreating), to inspire me creatively and because Mum suggested I "do something cool with cutlery".

I could NEVER create such a gorgeous Jewellery Tree, but wouldn't mind trying my hand at a Spoon & Fork Windchime :)

I can envision hearing the beautifully melodic clash, clang and tinkling from the back porch as I watch Mum tend to her beloved garden, hoping one day to feel fearless enough to be outside for long enough to feel the sunshine kiss my face without panic ruining the moment.

Wishing you and your family much love, health and happiness.

Great Blog, Great Inventor, Great Read!
