For all the lovely messages, the good news is Aus has been checked out and he is fine- a few bruises and a bump. I am just so glad he's ok. And that I didn't go into labor in shock. I just keep seeing him laying on the floor with smashed stuff all around him screaming. I hope I never ever have to see it again... truely a mother's worst nightmare.
It turned out that the day didn't get much better. They say bad things in threes don't they?! Well I had to go and do my glucose blood test yesterday as well (which pretty much scares the crap out of me anyway) and I had to go and get my form to be sent with the blood. I was in a hurry and didn't really look where I was going and *SPLAT*. Fell down the steps onto my hands and knees. No damage, just hurt my pride. I got up rather sheepishly and slunk off to the car.
Later I found out that my Mum is sick and had to be taken to Bendigo to be admitted. So we ended up dashing to Bendigo and staying the night at my sister's house. My Mum is ok now but it's been so stressful. Hopefully she can come home tomorrow.
Really couldn't all this have happened at a time when I was not less than 6 weeks away from giving birth?! *Grrrr!* My head is still spinning from everything yesterday.
Oh well, today has been a better day, I got to go to some good Op Shops while waiting to go and see Mum. A few bargains made their way into our car for the trip home :) Shopping always makes me feel less stressed!! Thanks again for all the lovely comments of support. Tomorrow I'll post something more cheerful I promise.
Don't forget to get in on the action for the giveaway- so far only 2 people have entered!
