New designs and other happenings

Righto, here is one of the new designs, I don't usually like orange (it looks more orange in real life), but I like this...

It's a pendant with space for a name or any word in the middle and then perhaps a date or design stamp on the little disk.

Next is a variation on the name tag bracelet, this one has 2 tags (I can fit 3) and it has a crystal and pearls. I was thinking of having these as necklaces as well, what do you think?

This one is a favorite... It's a bit like my sister's but in drop form. The little disk at the bottom as 2 little crystals hanging inside the dome. I think it's cute, I might make it with bright colours next time.

Onto other things...

I made apricot jam. Yep. My Gran gave me the recipe and told me exactly what to do. I think it turned out great. I told J they had to sit for a few days before being opened because I didn't want him to be the first to taste it. Just in case it all went a bit awry! :) But all is well and yummy!

In other news... well there isn't much really. We're off to party tonight for a 30th and all day tomorrow out at the lake. So basically the summer relaxation will continue through to Australia day :) My beautiful son has quite a few family members around just now to take him for a play, so Mummy has some well deserved Me time.

Thursday is the big ultrasound, I have to be there at 8:50am. Rather early don't you think? I'm a little concerned about having a full bladder as they request. My problem is whether I get up that morning and basically hold on for dear life until I get there and it's all done. Or option number 2 is to go to the loo when I get up and then drink like there's no tomorrow to fill my bladder again before I get there. Option 1 means there is a chance I wont make it and will need to go before they do the ultrasound... but option 2 is also dangerous- what if I haven't drunk enough or quick enough? Hmmmm....

I know what you're thinking... 'if that's all you have to worry about, count yourself lucky!'. Lol. You're right. I'll just hold on. lol
