It was always going to happen…
So here goes…
Hi, my name is Kris and I have an addiction to *Stationary*.
What’s in these photos is not even a pimple on the ginormous behind that is my addiction…
I know I have an addiction, I have all the symptoms:
- Every nook and cranny in my house has some form of writing/drawing implements stashed for easy access.
- I can’t walk past the stationary isle in the supermarket, I have to stand there and stare lovingly at every pen/pencil/texta until I decide which will come home with me {this time}
- I almost need to wear a bib in Smiggle to soak up all my drool.
- Stationary gets me more excited than going to any form of party/wedding.
It’s an addiction, I know, I should kick the habit.
But I kinda wanna stick to it, seeing as how it makes me deliriously happy!
I loved all your suggestions for my little set of keys! I think I may have to go back to the antique store and grab a few more for jewellery purposes.
But this is what became of these:
Old frames from the op shop- $5
Old keys and brass fittings from the local antique shop- $10
Print from here- $10
White enamel paint – $20
$45 is pretty darn cheap for this fun wall art methinks!
What think you guys?
If you have the ability to take beautiful photos, why not take them of the most beautiful things you can see? These were growing just across the road from my sister’s house & I hurriedly ran over to take some snaps yesterday. How beautiful and vibrant are those colours?!
The colours of spring :)
